Experience
We've built this experience deliberately rather than opportunistically. Since 2016, we've stayed close to a defined set of sectors and markets rather than chasing every mandate that came our way, which means the judgement we bring to a new engagement is usually informed by several similar ones that came before it.
That history also shapes how we work with a client. We rarely start from zero. A question about mining licensing in one country is often informed by something we learned advising on a similar question elsewhere, and a read on how a regulator is likely to behave is usually built on having watched that regulator behave before.
