Selected projects and case studies

Each of these started as a specific, often narrow question. Not "tell us about the health sector in West Africa" but which specific opportunities were worth pursuing, and why. Not "assess political risk in Angola" but what a particular banking policy shift meant for a particular client's exposure. That specificity is usually what makes an engagement worth doing, and it's also why most of our work doesn't translate well into a general case study.

We've chosen not to publish detailed methodology or findings here, even where we can name the topic. The value in our work is rarely the fact that we looked at a market. It's what we found when we did, and that part stays with the client.

If your situation resembles one of these, it's worth a conversation rather than a case study, since the details that matter to your decision usually aren't the ones we can publish.
